Зазначено, що юридичне супроводження може включати в себе аналіз ризиків, розробку стратегій вирішення юридичних питань, ведення переговорів, укладення та аналіз угод, а також вирішення конфліктних ситуацій. Юридичне супроводження статутної діяльності закладу вищої освіти включає в себе індивідуальний підхід до визначення потреб, адаптації стратегій та рішень до специфіки внутрішньої організації. Стверджується, що академічна спільнота, усвідомлюючи свої права та обов’язки, може більш ефективно взаємодіяти та вирішувати конфліктні ситуації за допомогою юридичних механізмів.The article emphasizes that statutory activity is a type of activity of an organization or company regulated by its charter or constituent documents. Statutory activities include all activities that directly or indirectly result from the purpose, goals, tasks, provisions and conditions defined in the organization’s charter. Statutory activity may include such aspects as organizational structure, management procedures, decisionmaking, rights and obligations of organization members, the procedure for carrying out financial activities, relations with stakeholders, etc. Statutes are of great importance in terms of ensuring the autonomy and academic freedom of higher education institutions, laying down internal rules and procedures that help higher education institutions maintain broad independence in scientific, pedagogical and managerial matters. It was determined that legal support for the statutory activities of a higher education institution is a complex of legal services and consultations provided by legal support specialists to ensure the legality and compliance with statutory requirements of all aspects of the functioning of a higher education institution. It is noted that legal support can include risk analysis, development of strategies for solving legal issues, negotiations, conclusion and analysis of agreements, as well as resolution of conflict situations. Legal support of the statutory activity of the institution of higher education includes an individual approach to identifying needs, adapting strategies and solutions to the specifics of the internal organization. It is argued that the academic community, aware of its rights and responsibilities, can more effectively interact and resolve conflict situations with the help of legal mechanisms. In the context of the specifics of the legal support of the statutory activities of higher education institutions in Ukraine, it is stated that the legal support of the statutory activities of higher education institutions in Ukraine is not only a process of developing normative documents, but also an important mechanism for ensuring the development of higher education in the country, improving its quality and compliance with international educational standards; institutions of higher education in Ukraine face a number of problems in the field of legal support of statutory activities, which largely determine the specifics of appropriate legal support, in particular, an unstable and changing regulatory and legal environment, an insufficient number of qualified specialists in the field of jurisprudence to meet the needs of legal support of statutory activities of institutions of higher education in Ukraine, limited financing of higher education institutions, insufficient automation of the processes of technical support of legal support.Определено, что юридическое сопровождение уставной деятельности высшего образования – это комплекс правовых услуг и консультаций, которые предоставляются специалистами по юридическому сопровождению для обеспечения законности и соответствия уставным требованиям всех аспектов функционирования заведения высшего образования. Отмечено, что юридическое сопровождение может включать анализ рисков, разработку стратегий решения юридических вопросов, ведение переговоров, заключение и анализ соглашений, а также разрешение конфликтных ситуаций. Юридическое сопровождение уставной деятельности высшего образования включает в себя индивидуальный подход к определению потребностей, адаптации стратегий и решений к специфике внутренней организации.
