Розглянуто та проаналізовано основні історичні аспекти розвитку безпілотних літальних апаратів у різних сферах, а також сучасний стан використання безпілотних літальних апаратів у тому числі теоретичний, методичний, юридичний та технічний аспекти використання, проаналізовано перспективи використання безпілотних літальних апаратів в роботі Національної поліції України та визначено перспективи розвитку ринку безпілотних літальних апаратів у світі до 2025 року. Досліджено військовий досвід використання безпілотних літальних апаратів, причини успіху безпілотнихлітальних апаратів на фронті, а також вплив цього успіху на подальший стан використання та застосування безпілотних літальних апаратів у службово-бойової діяльності сил сектору безпеки та оборони України. Визначено особливості підготовки операторів безпілотних літальних апаратів для потреб фронту та для участі у бойових діях, а також відповідність даної підготовки вимогам та завданням Національної поліції України.The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the official and combat activities of the National Police of Ukraine. The article examines and analyzes the main historical aspects of the development of unmanned aerial vehicles in various spheres, as well as the current state of use of unmanned aerial vehicles, including theoretical, methodical, legal and technical aspects of use, analyzed the prospects for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the work of the National Police of Ukraine and prospects for the development of the unmanned aerial vehicles market in the world until 2025 are considered. The military experience of using unmanned aerial vehicles, the reasons for the success of unmanned aerial vehicles at the front, as well as the impact of this success on the further use and application of unmanned aerial vehicles in the service and combat activities of the forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine are additionally analyzed. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the training of operators of unmanned aerial vehicles for the needs of the front and for participation in combat operations, as well as the compliance of this training with the requirements and tasks of the National Police of Ukraine. In addition, attention is paid to the use of civilian models of unmanned aerial vehicles in the service and combat activities of law enforcement agencies, their advantages and disadvantages, successes and losses. The need to generalize the modern experience of using unmanned aerial vehicles in the official and combat activities of the National Police of Ukraine is considered, as well as the need to introduce into the official and combat activities of the National Police of Ukraine its own concept for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, which will include conditions, limits, methods and procedure, is considered and substantiated use of unmanned aerial vehicles in official and combat activities of the National Police of Ukraine.
