Визначено та схарактеризовано три групи адміністративних процедур організації надання освітніх послуг такими закладами освіти. Розкрито ключові напрями забезпечення публічних і приватних інтересів у ході відповідної освітньої діяльності.In the article an administrative legislation is analysed on questions organization of educational activity of establishments of higher education with the specifc terms of studies of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Certainly and three groups of administrative procedures of organization of grant of educational services are described by such establishments of education. The key trends of providing of public and private interests are exposed during corresponding educational activity. Properly organized educational activity plays an important role an assistance to the process of providing of public and public interests by guaranteeing of the proper functioning of establishments of higher education with the specifc terms of studies, in particular inferior Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Upon future specialists, obligations depend under the receipt of complex of general and special competencies after certain specialty. They will realized in the receipt of professional knowledge, forming of abilities and skills necessary for system application in fundamental spheres public administration. Grounded, the structured combination of the offered groups of administrative procedures of organization of grant of educational services establishments of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is by the mortgage of the effective skilled providing of corresponding state institutes. Realization of legal interests and necessities of all interested subjects will be done by possible the state gets highly skilled specialists that is able to incarnate in life the public tasks put before them. Society avouched for at high level of implementation of law-enforcement functions of the state. The proper social terms of providing of their equitable rights are created citizens, in particular constitutional right to education, labour, public service.В статье проанализировано административное законодательство по вопросам организации образовательной деятельности высших учебных заведений со специфическими условиями обучения МВД Украины. Определены и охарактеризованы три группы административных процедур организации предоставления образовательных услуг такими учебными заведениями.
