Проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють їх здійснення. Охарактеризовано нормативно-правове регулювання одного з видів цих процедур – реєстраційної роботи. Проаналізовано питання дерегуляції окремих адміністративних процедур, що здійснюються регіональними управліннями МВС України, визначено проблемні питання здійснення цих процедур та можливі шляхи їх вдосконалення.The article analyzes principles of realization of administrative services by regional offices of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Several ways of realization of administrative services were characterized. Legal acts that regulates realization of administrative services by regional offices of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine were analyzed. It was concluded, development and approval of separate legal act of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which would regulate the realization of administrative services by regional offices, would positively affect the organization and effectiveness such services. It was focused on necessity of deregulation of separate administrative services, that regional offices of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine carry out in practice. It was highlighted, in normative insurance process of realization of administrative services by regional offices of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine should proceed from the fact that realization of services, that were mentioned, have a number of deficiencies, on which consumers of administrative services pay attention. Moreover, priorities of provision improvement of administrative services in police include: creation of comfortable conditions in waiting areas and facilitation of access to information about services, payments, specialists contacts, creation of «single window» for services, increasing number of staff in several departments and creation of an opportunity of getting consultations via the Internet. Among the problems of realization of administrative services by regional offices of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine noted the existence of spaces in legislative fixation procedural aspects of administrative services. Проанализированы нормативно-правовые акты, которые регулируют их осуществление. Охарактеризовано нормативно-правовое регулирование одного из видов этих процедур – регистрационной работы. Проанализирован вопрос дерегуляции отдельных административных процедур, которые осуществляются региональными управлениями МВД Украины, определены проблемные вопросы осуществления этих процедур и возможные пути их совершенствования.otherАдміністративне право та процес.
