Проаналізовано застосування різних типів групової взаємодії під час підготовки до ділового спілкування майбутніх менеджерів освіти. Розглянуто процеси групової взаємодії в мікрогрупах та малих групах. Зазначено, що ділові і рольові ігри вважаються одним із найкращих способів організації комунікативного навчання. Наведено приклади рольових і ділових ігор, що застосовувалися в процесі підготовки менеджерів освіти.The problem of training education managers is urgent, because modern education managers operate in the conditions of drastic changes in society, which in turn requires them to adopt new approaches to the management of educational institutions. Despite the fact that issues related to management have been considered by various scientists, insufficient attention is paid to the training of education managers in published works. The purpose of the article is to analyze the application of various types of group interaction during the preparation for business communication of future education managers. In the context of the issues of our study, the processes of group interaction in microgroups and small groups were considered. The main mechanisms of forming group interaction are mutual understanding, coordination and agreement between its participants. The main types of group interaction are cooperation (collaboration) and competition (rivalry). We considered the use of cooperation and competition as types of group interaction during business communication that occurs between people in the process of performing professional activities and does not exist outside of this activity. It is advisable to use different types of group interaction during role-playing and business games. Business and role-playing games are considered one of the best ways to organize communicative learning. As it is known, they are quite common, multivariate forms of active learning, means and methods of preparation and adaptation to professional activity and social contacts, tools of professional personality formation. It allows to activate the professional interest of students as much as possible, to satisfy their needs in quickly mastering business communication It should be noted that students are interested not only in the implementation of the role for which they are preparing themselves in the future, but also in others, because the game itself always fascinates young people. It helps to understand the internal state of the partner, imagining oneself in their place, which contributes to effective interaction. Conducting classes in this form helps future specialists to better understand the causes of conflict situations that occasionally arise in relationships with their communication partners.Исследована проблема подготовки менеджеров образования в условиях кардинальных изменений в обществе, что в свою очередь требует от них новых подходов к управлению образовательными учреждениями. Проанализировано применение различных типов группового взаимодействия при подготовке к деловому общению будущих менеджеров образования. Рассмотрены процессы группового взаимодействия в микрогруппах и малых группах. Указано, что деловые и ролевые игры считаются одним из лучших способов организации коммуникативного обучения.
