Сформовано авторське бачення щодо тлумачення поняття «управлінське рішення» в контексті діяльності органів та підрозділів Національної поліції. Сформульовано власну позицію стосовно системи прийняття та реалізації управлінських рішень в поліції. Відзначено, що важливим аспектом в контексті представленої проблематики є здійснення контролю в органах поліції. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблем, пов’язаних із здійсненням контрольної діяльності у вказаному напрямку.The relevance of the article is that the analysis of the scientific literature and law enforcement practice shows that today there are a number of problems of various kinds associated with a career in the police. At the same time, the solution of these problems is virtually impossible without improving the organizational principles of its passage. In turn, the organizational basis of a career in the police is most appropriate to understand a set of measures (non-legal), which together constitute a system and aimed at creating favorable conditions for police officers, and as a result of their career. growth. It is worth noting that organizational principles are diverse in nature, but a key place among them belongs to the principles of organizational nature. The article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, formed the author’s vision for the interpretation of the concept of «management decision» in the context of the activities of bodies and units of the National Police. The own position concerning directions of system of acceptance and realization of administrative decisions in police is formulated. It is noted that an important aspect in the context of the presented issues is the implementation of control in the police. The ways of the decision of the problems connected with realization of control activity in the specified direction are offered. It is concluded that the importance of control lies in the fact that with its help: first, it is possible to ensure the legitimacy of police bodies and units, which in turn ensures compliance with the principles of fairness and expediency in the promotion of police officers; secondly, control creates conditions for improving the efficiency of the educational process of future police officers, as well as improving the quality of educational services while improving the skills of the latter; thirdly, it is the control that allows to check the work of each individual police officer, which in turn makes it possible to make the right decision in the case of establishing the circle of persons who can be promoted.Проработаны направления усовершенствования системы принятия и реализации управленческих решений в органах и подразделениях Национальной полиции Украины. Сформировано авторское видение толкования понятия «управленческое решение» в контексте деятельности органов и подразделений Национальной полиции. Сформулирована собственная позиция относительно системы принятия и реализации управленческих решений в полиции. Отмечено, что важным аспектом в контексте представленной проблематики является контроль в органах полиции.
