Наголошено, що у ході професійного навчання працівників поліції ряду зарубіжних країн, зокрема – США, управління особистою безпекою в екстремальних умовах є самостійним напрямком їх підготовки, перепідготовки тапідвищення кваліфікації. В європейських та інших країнах практично кожен працівник поліції при проходженні первинного та подальшого професійного навчання регулярно проходить підготовку за спеціальними програмами забезпечення особистої безпеки в екстремальних умовах. Запропоновано впровадження в систему службової підготовки працівників Національної поліції України програму по забезпеченню особистої безпеки поліцейського в екстремальних умовах, яка повинна сформувати у працівників поліції основні професійно-психологічні навички забезпечення власної безпеки.The analysis of modern world trends shows that during the professional training of police officers of a number of foreign countries, in particular -the USA, personal safety management in extreme conditions is an independent direction of their training, retraining and advanced training. In European and other countries, almost every police officer, during initial and further professional training, regularly undergoes training under special programs to ensure personal safety in extreme conditions.An urgent issue is the introduction of a program to ensure the personal safety of police officers in extreme conditions into the system of official training of the National Police of Ukraine, which should provide police officers with the basic professional and psychological skills to ensure their own safety.Administrative and legal regulation of the personal safety of police officers is a manifestation of multifacetedness, which includes a number of interrelated, but independent components. Among them, the following are distinguished: material and technical security - conformity of the material and technical support of the professional activities of police officers with modern realities; economic security –compliance of the material and financial support of police officers with their vital needs; legal security – compliance of the regulatory framework of the National Police's activity with the objective conditions of this activity; socio-psychological safety - compliance of the "policeman's image" with the professional and personal type of the employee; information security - compliance with the possibility of obtaining information necessary for official activities; psychological safety – compliance with special measures of prevention and prevention of psychological deformation of the police officer's personality; personnel security - compliance with the level of official professionalism of the police officer; special security - compliance with the effectiveness of a number of operational and investigative measures to protect the National Police from the negative impact of crime; physical security – the compliance of the legal, material and administrative system, which ensures the safety of life and health in the process of solving official tasks.Проведен анализ современных мировых тенденций. Отмечено, что в ходе профессионального обучения сотрудников полиции ряда зарубежных стран, в частности США, управление личной безопасностью в экстремальных условиях является самостоятельным направлением их подготовки, переподготовки и повышения квалификации. В европейских и других странах практически каждый сотрудник полиции при прохождении первичного и последующего профессионального обучения регулярно проходит подготовку по специальным программам обеспечения личной безопасности в экстремальных условиях. Предложено внедрение в систему служебной подготовки работников Национальной полиции Украины программу по обеспечению личной безопасности полицейского в экстремальных условиях, которая должна сформировать у работников полиции основные профессионально-психологические навыки обеспечения безопасности.ukДержавне адміністративне управління.
