Досліджено проблему формування їх професійних цінностей і мотивів. Встановлено, що висока мотивація до навчання є головним чинником подальшої успішної реалізації освітньо-пізнавальної діяльності особистості. Позитивна навчальна мотивація дає можливість підвищити рівень зацікавленості здобувачів вищої освіти освітнім процесом, розкриває їх науковий, творчий потенціал, що веде за собою підвищення загального рівня вищої освіти та покращення її якості.The article is devoted to the problem of studying the consideration and research of motivational and valuable and oriented aspects of the formation of modern applicants of higher education. The problem of the significance of value orientations of the future professional and the motivational question is reviewed. The quality of education influences the subjective position of the individual associated with high motivation to study. It is noted that a significant factor in the formation of social realities of the information society is the creation and dissemination, including improvement of information technologies, as a result of which society requires increasingly specialists who have the necessary qualities in one or another industry, can quickly navigate and make complex decisions in problem situations. Higher education is considered as one of the main stages of preparation of young people in the labor market with interaction with the information society. This leads to changes in the long-established educational knowledge about the education of students and preparation of applicants in obtaining all necessary knowledge, that is, it is about interest in new methods, which will significantly affect their self-knowledge, training. High motivation to study is the main factor in the further successful implementation of educational and knowledge activities. Positive educational motivation makes it possible to increase the level of interest of higher education by educational process, reveals their scientific, creative potential that leads to an increase in the overall level of higher education and improving its quality. Currently, teachers of higher education have not only to transfer knowledge and experience but also to take care of the motivation of education for the systematic qualitative study of educational material, using during this positive thinking, the situation of success, to provide them with the freedom of choice of educational disciplines, innovative technologies of training, educational methods.Охарактеризована мотивационно-ценностная составляющая профессиональной подготовки соискателей высшего образования. Исследована проблема формирования их профессиональных ценностей и мотивов. Установлено, что высокая мотивация к обучению является основным фактором дальнейшей успешной реализации образовательно-познавательной деятельности личности. Позитивная учебная мотивация позволяет повысить уровень заинтересованности соискателей высшего образования образовательным процессом, раскрывает их научный, творческий потенциал, что ведет к повышению общего уровня высшего образования и улучшению его качества.ukОсвіта.
