Установлено, що збалансоване і поетапне (систематичне) використання запропонованих фізичних вправ (функціональних комплексів), а також техніко-тактичних зв’язок і комбінацій (формальних комплексів) службово-прикладного рукопашного бою у системі фізичного виховання студентів експериментальної групи забезпечило підвищення індивідуального рівня фізичного розвитку і технічної майстерності під час застосування ними заходів із фізичного впливу (сили) у змодельованих умовах майбутньої службово-оперативної діяльності.Taking into account the results of the analysis of scientific – methodical, special and reference literature (monitoring of Internet resources), the members of the research group established, that the issue of development and practical testing of organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the system of physical education of higher education specialty 081 “Law” is devoted to insufficient scientific and methodological work, which requires further research and emphasizes the relevance and practicality of the chosen research area. The main purpose of the research is to check the pedagogical conditions for improving the system of physical education of higher education of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, specialty 081 “Law”. The following research methods were used during the research and analytical work: abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, mathematical and statistical (correlation analysis, factor analysis), etc. As a result of empirical research, members of the research group developed and tested the pedagogical conditions for improving the system of physical education of higher education (on the example of students of Faculty 6 (Law and Mass Communications) Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs) specialty 081 “Law”. It is established that the balanced and step-by-step (systematic) use of our proposed physical exercises (functional complexes), as well as technical and tactical communications and combinations (formal complexes) of service and applied hand-to-hand combat in the system of physical education of students of the experimental group – provided increase of individual level of physical development, and also technical skill in the direction of application by them of measures of physical influence (forces) in the simulated conditions of future service and operational activities. The above indicators in the control group are insignificant. Prospects for further research in the chosen field of scientific research include the development of a project of optional martial arts classes for higher education students majoring in 081 “Law”.Разработаны и апробированы педагогические условия совершенствования системы физического воспитания соискателей высшего образования специальности 081 «Право» (на примере студентов факультета № 6 (права и массовых коммуникаций) Харьковского национального университета внутренних дел). Установлено, что сбалансированное и поэтапное (систематическое) использование предложенных физических упражнений (функциональных комплексов), а также технико-тактических связок и комбинаций (формальных комплексов) служебно-прикладного рукопашного боя в системе физического воспитания студентов экспериментальной группы обеспечило повышение индивидуального уровня физического развития и технического мастерства при применении ими мер по физическому воздействию (силе) в смоделированных условиях будущей служебно-оперативной деятельности.ukОсвіта.
