Служба в органах внутрішніх справ характеризується величезними інформаційними, нервово-психічними і емоційними навантаженнями, складними міжособистісними стосунками, які висувають підвищені вимоги до співробітників всіх ланок системи правоохоронних органів. Професійно значуща якість «відповідальність» визначається як один з факторів оптимізації професійної діяльності поліцейських, найважливіший компонент структури особистості, що сприяє підвищенню якості професійної діяльності. Виявлено співвідношення гармонійних та агармонійних складових у структурі відповідальності патрульних поліцейських з різним стажем професійної діяльності.The specifics of harmonious and inharmonious responsibility of patrol policemen with different length of service are investigated. Service in the internal affairs bodies is characterized by huge informational, neuropsychological and emotional loads, complex interpersonal relations, which make high demands on employees of all parts of the law enforcement system. These requirements are especially important, because the activities of police officers take place in harsh conditions of exercise of power, clashes with the shadowy aspects of life, connected with the use of weapons. In extreme situations, they are obliged to immediately assess the situation, make the right decisions and respond adequately. In modern social conditions, maintaining a high degree of combat readiness and efficiency of police personnel is achieved at the cost of significant nervous and emotional stress. Professionally significant quality of "responsibility" is defined as one of the factors optimizing the professional activity of police officers, the most important component of the personality structure, which contributes to improving the quality of professional activity. The article empirically defines, that in police officers with more experience in the structure of responsibility the harmonious component of the regulatory component (ability to independently, without additional control, careful performance of difficult and responsible tasks) prevails over disharmonious, which is reflected in low resistance to obstacles, indecision and inevitability, tendency to refuse to implement difficult and responsible tasks. Policemen with less experience in the motivational component of the structure of responsibility are more willing to cooperate with others, staff, society as a whole, associated with a sense of duty and the predominance of public interests in responsible matters, exceeding the relevant disharmonious component (desire to attract attention in the implementation of responsible cases, to receive a reward, to avoid personal complications, possible punishment).Исследована специфика гармонической и негармоничной ответственности патрульных полицейских с разным стажем службы. Служба в органах внутренних дел характеризуется огромными информационными, нервно-психическими и эмоциональными нагрузками, сложными межличностными отношениями, выдвигающими повышенные требования к сотрудникам всех звеньев системы правоохранительных органов. Профессионально значимое качество «ответственность» определяется как один из факторов оптимизации профессиональной деятельности полицейских, важнейший компонент структуры личности, способствующий повышению качества профессиональной деятельности.
