Зазначено, що це спеціально організований, цілеспрямований процес розвитку й активізації професійно необхідних комунікативних якостей, знань, умінь та навичок, що зумовлюють успішне, ефективне виконання функціональних повноважень, з вираженою комунікативною складовою частиною. Констатовано, що комунікативна компетенція майбутнього офіцера МВС передбачає поряд із низкою психічних властивостей особливості мислення, що формуються у процесі здобуття професійної освіти: відкритість (тобто вміння бачити низку рішень того самого завдання), гнучкість, нестабільність, нестандартність асоціативного ряду, розвиненість внутрішнього плану дій.The article describes the current problems of communicative competence in the training of future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The work of future police officers belongs to the category of professions, where the interaction between the employee and various categories of citizens, colleagues, management, carried out directly or indirectly, is a key element that allows to achieve the goal of professional activity. For future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, communicative competence is the key to the effectiveness of most professional functions and therefore has specific characteristics. In carrying out their professional tasks, future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will inevitably face the problem of communicative influence within the framework of various types of their activities, in particular crime prevention. Purposeful formation of communicative competencies involves the development of the ability to establish and maintain the necessary contacts, which, being realized through communication, perform the function of one of the ways of carrying out professional activities. One of the main aspects of the activities of future law enforcement officers is professional communication in order to obtain information from different people about the identity of the offender, his signs, connections, about the possible location. It is important to be able to quickly get in touch with people of different categories, such as business leaders, with people without a place of residence, with retirees and adolescents, and others. It is necessary to be able to find an individual approach to each. Most often, communication between law enforcement officers is not just a friendly conversation, but an act of behavior and actions that are carried out to solve certain professional tasks. His professional characteristics are determined by the result to be achieved (providing evidence, establishing the truth, changing the behavior of a citizen, etc.). However, the goal should not justify the means. The use of illegal methods (physical force, rudeness, pressure, danger) is largely due to the inability to build the process of communication in the rule of law, i.e. a low level of communicative competence.Рассмотрено формирование коммуникативной компетентности будущих офицеров МВД в системе высшего образования Украины. Отмечено, что это специально организованный, целенаправленный процесс развития и активизации профессионально необходимых коммуникативных качеств, знаний, умений и навыков, обусловливающих успешное, эффективное выполнение функциональных полномочий с выраженной коммуникативной составной частью. Констатировано, что коммуникативная компетенция будущего офицера МВД предусматривает наряду с рядом психических свойств особенности мышления, формируемые в процессе получения профессионального образования: открытость (т.е. умение видеть ряд решений той же задачи), гибкость, нестабильность, нестандартность ассоциативного ряда, развитость.ukОсвіта.
