Визначено, що об’єктом процесу правового виховання є особистість, соціальна група, суспільство. З’ясовано, що в процесі правового виховання правовий вплив на людину, колектив, групу, суспільство здійснюється через їх свідомість з метою формування правової культури та правомірної поведінки.Features of object of legal education as element of its structure are established and analyzed. It is defined that object of process of legal education is the person, social group, a society. It is defined that in the course of legal education legal influence on the person, group, a society is made through their consciousness, for the purpose of formation of legal culture and lawful behaviour. The conclusion that the object legal education is the proceeding basis in the organisation legal education measures. It defines a direction and the maintenance legal education process. It is defined that in a course legal education process the object of legal education tests two factors: objective and subjective. Within each of noted factors the author allocates both positive, and negative conditions. The author carries society democratisation, protection of the rights and freedom of the lawmaking activity, legal practice. But, – imperfection of the legislation, imperfection of ways and means of legal education, etc. The author carries legal good breeding of the person to positive conditions of the subjective factor its legal manual on lawful behaviour. To negative conditions of the subjective factor the author carries legal manual on the wrongful behaviour, one of which bases is the legal nihilism.Установлены и проанализированы особенности объекта правового воспитания как элемента его структуры. Определено, что объектом процесса правового воспитания является личность, социальная группа, общество.
