Проаналізовано сучасне розуміння адміністративно-правової та кримінально-правової протидії економічним злочинам. Проаналізовано зміст основних нормативно-правових актів, які регламентують діяльність суб’єктів протидії економічним злочинам, а також наукові праці вчених із цієї проблематики.The objective of this article was to determine the general concept of economic crimes as the object of administrative and legal counteraction, which involves determining the characteristics of administrative liability in the sphere of economic and market relations. It has been noted that nowadays there is no universal administrative and legal or criminal and legal concept of “economic crime”, despite the fact that it is constantly used in scientific and regulatory sources, which is an evidence that the scientific community is interested in the problem of economic crimes. By analyzing legal literature, it has been found out that there are the following synonyms of this antisocial phenomenon: “crimes in the sphere of economy”, “economic crime”, “crimes in the field of entrepreneurship” and others. The author has analyzed these definitions and has determined their identity. The domestic and global laws regulating the issue of combating economic crimes have been analyzed. The basic concepts and content of the term of “counteraction economic crimes” have been defined. The concept of economic crime as the object of administrative and legal counteraction has been elaborated; boundaries and content of this phenomenon, which is dangerous both for the society and for economic security of the country in general have been clarified with its assistance; its regularities and state have been defined, possibilities and ways of overcoming have been found out. The features of economic crime as the object of administrative and legal counteraction have been established. Determined by the author basic subjects of administrative and legal counteraction economic crimes and the ways of combating economic crimes make it possible to improve normative and legal acts regulating relations in the sphere of combating economic crime, ensuring appropriate logistics level of the activities of executive authorities in the field of combating economic crime, realizing professionally transparent selection and training of candidates for the agencies entrusted with the task of combating economic crime.Определены понятие и сущность экономических преступлений как объекта административно- правового противодействия. Проанализировано современное понимание административно- правового и уголовно-правового противодействия экономическим преступлениям. Проанализировано содержание основных нормативно-правовых актов, регламентирующих деятельность субъектов противодействия экономическим преступлениям, а также научные труды учёных по этой проблематике.otherАдміністративне право та процес.
