Зазначено, що професійна діяльність працівників поліції відбувається в агресивному соціальному середовищі, тобто за умови різноманітних соціальних конфліктів. Тому вельми важливим уявляється вміння правоохоронців вибирати раціональний стиль поведінки в конфліктній ситуації та в конфліктах, особливо коли від дій працівника поліції залежить не тільки його власне здоров’я і життя, а й здоров’я і життя інших людей. Показано залежність між рівнем сформованості конфліктологічної компетентності як професійно значущої якості особистості курсантів як майбутніх правоохоронців та умінням раціонально поводитися в конфліктній ситуації.The article is devoted to the actual problem of the formation of conflicting competence in cadets as future employees of the police, defined as the integrative quality of personality. It is shown that the professional activity of police officers occurs in an aggressive social environment, that is, in conditions of various social conflicts. Therefore, the ability of law enforcement agencies to choose a rational style of behavior in a conflict situation and in conflicts is especially important, especially when not only their own health and life, but also that of other people depends on the actions of the police officer. It requires knowledge of the factors that influence the emergence and development of conflict, the ability to understand and manage their emotions, to analyze the conflict situation, to understand the emotions and intentions of other people involved in the conflict, to influence the emotions and behavior of the participants in the conflict and to choose the optimal style and behavior in a conflict situation. That is, a police officer must have formed a conflicting competence that is determined by a person's personality traits. One such feature is the ability and willingness of the individual to accept or delegate to others the responsibility for what is happening to the person and his or her environment. An indicator of the formation of such ability is the level of subjective control. The distribution of cadets is shown depending on the choice of their style of behavior in a conflict situation (rivalry, cooperation, compromise, adaptation, avoidance), and also – depending on the level of subjective control; the relationship between the level of willingness to take responsibility for one's own decisions and one's own actions, that is, the level of subjective control, is a factor influencing the formation of conflicting competence, and the choice of a rational style of behavior in a conflict situation is shown. Therefore, the formation of conflicts of competence should take into account the personal characteristics of the cadets, and the level of formation of conflicts of competence significantly affects the effectiveness of law enforcement professionals.Рассмотрена проблема формирования у курсантов как будущих работников полиции конфликтологической компетентности, которая определена как интегративное качество личности. Отмечено, что профессиональная деятельность работников полиции происходит в агрессивной социальной среде, то есть при различных социальных конфликтов. Поэтому очень важно умение правоохранителей выбирать рациональный стиль поведения в конфликтной ситуации и в конфликтах, особенно когда от действий работника полиции зависит не только его собственное здоровье и жизнь, но и здоровье и жизнь других людей. Показана зависимость между уровнем сформированности конфликтологической компетентности как профессионально значимого качества личности курсантов как будущих правоохранителей и умением рационально вести себя в конфликтной ситуации.ukПсихологія.
