Зазначено, що обов’язкове закріплення в трудових договорах норм про повну індивідуальну матеріальну відповідальність працівника є вимогою сьогодення. Указано, що законодавство, яке нині регулює порядок та умови укладання трудових договорів із матеріально відповідальними особами, потребує змін, визначено напрями вдосконалення трудових договорів із матеріально відповідальними особами.The relevance of the article is that the modern market management system in Ukraine stipulates that one of the most priority tasks in the mechanism of labor is to ensure the preservation of property and material and technical values. Labor legislation in Ukraine is the basis that regulates the procedure and conditions of liability of the parties to the employment contract. Thus, one of the aspects of the employment relationship is the question of the employee's liability to the employer for damages. The purpose of the article is to consider the problems related to the enshrinement of the provisions on full individual liability of the employee in employment contracts. The article states that the mandatory enshrinement in employment contracts of the rules on full individual liability of the employee is a requirement of today. It is indicated that the legislation, which currently regulates the procedure and conditions for concluding employment contracts with materially responsible persons, needs to be changed, and directions for improving employment contracts with materially responsible persons have been identified.Рассмотрена проблема закрепления положений о полной индивидуальной материальной ответственности работника в трудовых договорах. Указано, что законодательство, которое регулирует порядок и условия заключения трудовых договоров с материально ответственными лицами, требует изменений, определены направления совершенствования трудовых договоров с материально ответственными лицами.ukТрудове право.
