Визначено історичний розвиток оперативного пошуку первинної оперативно-розшукової інформації, його видозмінення та становлення самостійною організаційно-тактичною формою оперативно-розшукової діяльності, а також проаналізовано зарубіжну практику здійснення вказаного виду діяльності та визначено перспективні до впровадження напрями.The purpose of the article is to research and analyze the domestic and foreign experience of searching for primary operational and search information, as well as to identify promising ways of improving the existing organizational and tactical foundations of such activity. The methodology includes a detailed complex analysis and generalization of the available scientific and theoretical material on the raised issues, on the basis of which substantiated worldviews are made and recommendations for disclosure of the essence of the studied concepts. It is stated that today there are positive aspects of foreign experience of conducting an on-line search of primary operative-search information, the introduction of which could improve the current situation in Ukraine and in the real conditions of combating crime to enable faster and more complete identification of the perpetrators. For the first time, on the basis of the analysis of professional legal literature, empirical material and journalistic articles, the historical development of the operative search of primary operative-search information, its modification and becoming an independent organizational-tactical form of operative-search activity was determined, as well as the implementation of foreign activity directions for implementation are defined. The perspective directions of introduction of foreign experience of operative search of primary operative-search information are determined.Исследован и проанализирован отечественный и зарубежный опыт оперативного поиска первичной оперативно-розыскной информации, а также определены перспективные пути улучшения организационно-тактических основ такой деятельности. Определено историческое развитие оперативного поиска первичной оперативно-розыскной информации, его видоизменение и становление самостоятельной организационно-тактической формой оперативно-розыскной деятельности, а также проанализирована зарубежная практика осуществления указанного вида деятельности и определены перспективные направления.ukДержава і право.
