Наведено основні дані, які повинні бути зафіксовані в протоколі огляду місця події і враховуватимуться в подальшому слідчим для встановлення обставин злочину.The investigation of felonies against the life and health of a person cannot be conducted without the use of special knowledge in the area of forensic medicine. That is why the interaction of investigation offcers with medical expert institutions is of great importance. This aspect acquires special importance when there was a corpse discovered and the fact of death was established. In order to ensure a complete and objective examination the of accident scene when there was found a corpse hanging in the noose it is very important to have a clear distribution of duties along with the close interaction of the investigator with the forensic medical expert and doctor, as well as with the criminalist expert. In order to competently draw up a protocol of the accident scene examination and record various peculiarities of items to be examined the investigator has to make the fullest use of the knowledge these persons have using his own legal knowledge, so that while still examining the accident scene he would get the correct understanding of the case and take the right course in the investigation.Рассмотрены особенности взаимодействия следователя с судебно-медицинским экспертом и экспертом-криминалистом во время осмотра места происшествия при выявлении трупа, висящего в петле. Приведены основные данные, которые должны быть зафиксированы в протоколе осмотра места происшествия и будут учтены в дальнейшем следователем для установления обстоятельств преступления.otherКриміналістика.
