Встановлено, що у польській правовій доктрині підходи до засад державного ладу і безпосередньо до їх визначення різняться і є не досить точними, а найчастіше використовується термін «засади устрою». З’ясовано, що у представлених польськими науковцями переліках засад державного ладу Республіки Польща практично відсутні намагання визначити їх структурну ієрархію та систему. І роль конституційної доктрини в Польщі автор вбачає саме в тому, щоб зробити це питання цілісним і аксіологічним, створивши таким чином певну структуровану систему конституційних засад у цілому та засад державного ладу зокрема.The main scientific approaches to the definition of the principles of the state system of the Republic of Poland have been researched. It has been established that approaches to the principles of the state system and to their definition in the Polish legal doctrine differ and are not sufficiently precise, and most often the term “principles of the system” is used. Under the “principles of the system”, the Polish constitutionalists, as a rule, understand the legal norms of a special kind – those having the basic, fundamental significance for determining the political, social, economic dimensions of the state. It has been also found out that there is practically no attempt to determine the structural hierarchy and system in the list of principles of the state system of the Republic of Poland, presented by Polish scholars. Even the fact that the Constitution of the Republic itself points to the most fundamental values does not contribute to this, in particular using the Preamble and rank of the first Articles. The author believes that the role of the constitutional doctrine in Poland is precisely in order to make this issue holistic and axiological, thus creating a certain structured system of constitutional principles in general and the principles of the state system in particular.Исследованы основные научные подходы к определению основ государственного строя Республики Польша. Установлено, что в польской правовой доктрине подходы к основам государственного строя и непосредственно к их определению разнятся и являются недостаточно точными, а чаще всего используется термин «основы строя». Установлено также, что в представленных польскими учёными перечнях основ государственного строя Республики Польша практически отсутствуют попытки определить их структурную иерархию и систему. И роль конституционной доктрины в Польше автор видит именно в том, чтобы сделать этот вопрос целостным и аксиологическим, создав таким образом определённую структурированную систему конституционных основ в целом и основ государственного строя в частности.otherКонституційне право.
