Підкреслено, що в сфері земельних відносин слід мати чітку термінологію, що дозволяє виключити неоднозначність тлумачення таких важливих інститутів земельного права, а також нейтралізувати проблеми на практиці. Зазначено, що вдосконалення основних понять правового регулювання земельних відносин буде сприяти вдосконаленню всієї системи земельних відносин в Україні.The scientific article is devoted to the study and comprehensive analysis of the evolution of the concept of "land use rights" and "land ownership" in retrospect. It is stated that at the current transitional stage of development and implementation of land reform in Ukraine the most important task is the problem of reforming relations in the field of land ownership. In this regard, the most relevant is the possibility and feasibility of introducing certain forms of land ownership, as various forms of land ownership can affect land relations, improving their content or hindering their development. Taking into account the doctrinal study, it is stated that the analysis and generalization of legal sources, as well as different ideas of the authors of legal literature on legal regulation of land relations offers the following definition of land use law: land use law – a set of legal norms defining general conditions, purpose, responsibilities of the land user regarding the possession, use and disposal of the land plot allocated in accordance with the established procedure. Given all the above, it should be emphasized that in the field of land relations should have clear terminology, which eliminates the ambiguity of interpretation of such important institutions of land law, as well as to neutralize the problems in practice. Thus, the improvement of the basic concepts of legal regulation of land relations will undoubtedly contribute to the improvement of the entire system of land relations in Ukraine.Проведен историко-правовой анализ эволюции становления понятия «права землепользования» и «права собственности на землю». Подчеркнуто, что в сфере земельных отношений следует иметь четкую терминологию, позволяющую исключить неоднозначность толкования столь важных институтов земельного права, а также нейтрализовать проблемы на практике. Отмечено, что усовершенствование основных понятий правового регулирования земельных отношений будет способствовать совершенствованию всей системы земельных отношений в Украине.ukДержава і право.
