Визначено систему адміністративно-правового регулювання досліджуваної сфери суспільних відносин. Встановлено ієрархію окремих з адміністративних актів, за допомогою яких здійснюється вказане регулювання. Визначено роль окремих з адміністративних актів, які приймаються уповноваженими державою суб’єктами задля здійснення адміністративно-правового регулювання статусу осіб, які отримали тимчасовий і політичний притулок на території України.In the article the essence and content of administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum on the territory of Ukraine is examined. Has been determined that the administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum on the territory of Ukraine turns up to be a variation of legal regulation of this sphere of public relations. Has been found that this kind of legal regulation of the relevant sphere of public relations is carried out due to the consolidation of state-authorized entities of administrative law and their further implementation. Has been substantiated that the largest number of the specified norms by which administrative and legal regulation of the status of the persons who have received temporary and political asylum in the territory of Ukraine is recorded in subordinate legislation. Has been substantiated that subordinate legislation, the provisions of which establish the principles of administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum in Ukraine, differ depending on the entities authorized to accept them. The provisions of legal acts of the President of Ukraine, due to the adoption of which he carries out administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum in Ukraine, has been analyzed. Has been carried out the analysis of the content of normative legal acts, which are adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum on the territory of Ukraine. Has been found that a significant number of normative legal acts for the implementation of administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum in Ukraine is adopted by central executive bodies represented by ministries and other central executive bodies. Has been determined that the leading role in the aspect of the implementation of administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who received temporary and political asylum on the territory of Ukraine among the central executive authorities is played by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The analysis of the prescriptions of certain normative legal acts of abovementioned central executive body, at the level of which the administrative and legal regulation of the status of persons who have received temporary and political asylum on the territory of Ukraine, has been carried out.Проанализировано содержание административно-правового регулирования статуса лиц, получивших временное и политическое убежище на территории Украины. Определена система административно-правового регулирования изучаемой сферы общественных отношений. Установлена ​​иерархия отдельных из административных актов, с помощью которых осуществляется указанное регулирование.
