Наведено розгорнуту інформацію щодо досвіду використання венчурної індустрії у розвинених країнах, стану розвитку венчурного бізнесу в Україні та перспектив використання венчурного капіталу. Надано характеристику “життєвого циклу” венчурної компанії та ролі її учасників на різних стадіях цього циклу. В статье приведены основные характеристики венчурного капитала как важного источника финансирования инвестиционной стратегии корпораций, который является по сути высокорискованными инвестициями, однако степень риска уменьшается вследствие его распределения между участниками в рамках осуществления финансовой стратегии корпорации. Представлена развернутая информация об опыте использования венчурной индустрии в развитых странах, состоянии развития венчурного бизнеса в Украине и перспектив использования венчурного капитала. Охарактеризован “жизненный цикл” венчурной компании и роль его участников на разных стадиях этого цикла. We’ve written the characteristics of corporations, as modern organizational forms of management, ensuring efficient operation of enterprises and organizations that belong to it. The problems that have a negative impact on the creation of favorable financial, credit and investment climate in corporations. Determined that a prerequisite for the development of corporations is to coordinate overall strategic program of financial strategy, which in turn consists of investment and credit strategies. Implementation of these strategies is inseparably linked to the investment attractiveness of corporate and investment opportunities. Estimation of investment opportunities depends on the creditworthiness of corporations, but there are some problems in increasing the volume of investment for the development and manufacture of high performance and competitive products. In this regard, the question of attracting additional financial resources, which are venture capital. In this paper we distinguished the main characteristics of venture capital as an important source of funding investment strategy, stated that it is a highly risky investment, but the risk is reduced as a result of its distribution between the parties in the implementation of the financial strategy of the corporation. It was presented detailed information on the experience of developed countries that use the venture capital industry, the state of the venture capital business in Ukraine and prospects for venture capital. We described "life cycle" of venture companies and the role of participants at different stages of the cycle. It was determined negative factors affecting the efficiency of innovation and venture financing in Ukraine, stated prerequisites accelerating the growth of venture capital investment and emphasized the role of government in stimulating venture business.otherЕкономічні науки.
