Зроблено висновок про доцільність внесення змін до чинного законодавства з метою більш повного та чіткого формулювання суті юридичного факту – події, яка покладена в саму суть підстави припинення правовідносин – припинення існування суб’єкта права.Legal regulation of the right to natural resources management is realized through the whole system of legal facts and the current natural resource legislation sometimes ignores the existence of facts of terminating the existence of a subject of the right on natural resources management as a ground for termination of the corresponding subjective rights. So the purpose of this article is to establish the role of events in terminating the right on natural resources management, detecting inconsistencies in the characteristics of the termination of the existence of a subject of natural resources management as one of the kinds of events within relations to implement the subjective right of natural resources management. On the basis of analyzing the norms that determine the grounds for termination of various types of natural resources management the author has found out that the events associated with the termination of the subjects of natural resources management are not clearly defined by the natural resource law and require full legislative consolidation. Thus, one of the grounds for termination of the rights to natural resources in many natural resource regulations is called the termination of the users’ activities of the respective natural resources. Considering this it has been found out that the grounds, where there is the phrase “termination of activities” of the subjects of relevant rights, we talk not about the actual lack of the subjects’ actions aimed at using natural resources for exploitation of their mineral properties in own interests, but the termination of the existence of these subjects. It has been concluded about the advisability of amending the current legislation to a full and clear statement of a legal fact – an event that laid into the very essence of the ground for termination of legal relations – the termination of a law subject’s existence.На основании анализа норм, определяющих основания прекращения разнообразных видов природопользования, установлено, что события, связанные с прекращением субъектов природопользования, недостаточно чётко определены природорерурсным законодательством и нуждаются в более полном законодательном закреплении. Сделан вывод о целесообразности внесения изменений в действующее законодательство с целью более полной и чёткой формулировки юридического факта – события, которое положено в саму суть основания прекращения правоотношений – прекращения существования субъекта права.otherГосподарське право.
