Designated interrelation of conflict and the various components of identity, analyzes the development and features of the conflict of a personality at different stages of life. Defined constructs of identity formation in the mainstream of the conflict training in the pedagogical process. The author analyzed scientific publications that explore contemporary issues conflictological preparation of education. Determine the relevance and breadth of features manifestation of conflict in the professional activities of internal affairs. Attention is given to departmental documents forming the non-conflict moral obligations and standards of conduct. The author offers advice on the psychological behavior of identity in the conflict.В статье рассмотрены понятие, функции и содержательная структура самосознания личности.
