As this circumstance is not limited by any exceptions, persons who have not reached 18 years of age (adulthood, ie full legal capacity) also have a set of such rights. For several years in the legal literature, the media, the issues of realization and protection of children’s rights, the facts of rude and sometimes inhuman treatment of the child do not lose relevance and topicality. Concerns about the realization of children’s rights are manifested at all levels (national and international). Because humanity in general and the state in particular are concerned about the ability of future generations to guarantee the viability of society and its future prosperity, including Ukraine.Исследованы права ребенка и проблемы их соблюдения и применения согласно международно-правовым нормам и действующему национальному законодательству Украины.
