Особливу увагу звернуто на диференціацію та класифікацію методико-криміналістичних рекомендацій із розслідування різних видів і груп злочинів. Запропоновано авторське бачення класифікації методик розслідування окремих категорій злочинів.The author analyzes the scientific approaches to the classification of certain forensic methods of investigation of crimes. The main achievements of scientists on the matter are highlighted. There are shown some contentious issues and their solutions are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the differentiation and classification of methodological and forensic recommendations for investigation of different types and groups of crimes. The author proposed his own vision of classification methods for investigation of certain categories of crimes. In particular, he is talking about the subject area and the functional purpose of methodological developments. In this case, the criminal and forensic features both separately and in combination are proposed to use as the basis of the classification. According to these criteria generic, species, and outspecies group (inter-species, complex, subspecies) methods of investigating crimes are proposed to provide horizontal. Ly in turn, in the vertical system of private investigation methods in the framework of criminalistic ensuring a certain type of anti-crime activities is elaborated.Проведён анализ научных подходов к классификации отдельных криминалистических методик расследования преступлений. Особое внимание обращено на дифференциацию и классификацию методико-криминалистических рекомендаций по расследованию различных видов и групп преступлений.
