Греченко // Право і безпека. - 2014. - № 4 (55). - С. 7-11.Розглянуто розвиток досліджень з історії діяльності міліції в добу непу в працях істориків 50–80-х років ХХ ст., проаналізовано основні публікації з цієї тематики, визначено основні тенденції в розвитку історіографії цього питання, досягнення та недоліки у працях істориків, які займалися відповідною тематикою.Activity of militia in the different years of its existence always was in sign of historians and historians of law. Already from the moment of its origin the works sanctified to the different aspects of history of militia and its activity began to appear. In history of study of organs of internal affairs in a soviet period a few stages that are traditionally designated by such chronologic limits are distinguished: 1) 1920th – middle of 1930th; 2) middle of 1950th – 1980th. This work touched the second period of historiography of this question and has for an object generalization of history of historical knowledge on this stage and analysis of basic publications on these subjects in an indicated period. The period of historiography, which begins from middle of 1950th, is nonrandom selected. Exactly at this time substantial changes began to take place in development of researches from this range of problems. Then the ХХ congress of CPSU (in 1956) with the offensive of «thaw», expansion of publicity and possibilities of scientific research of historical problems in general, the amount of publications increases, grows them scientific level, the subjects of researches broaden. A considerable push for the beginning of becoming of new conception of this problem was done by general and special works from history of the soviet state and right. Their appearance was stimulated by beginning of new reforms that were compared to the changes in politics and economy 1920th. There were found beating back and problems of forming of structure and activity of militia in them in an indicated period.Рассмотрено развитие исследований по истории деятельности милиции во время нэпа в трудах историков 50–80-х годов ХХ ст., проанализированы основные публикации по этой тематике, определены основные тенденции в развитии историографии этого вопроса, достижения и недостатки в работах историков, которые занимались соответствующей тематикой.otherДержавне адміністративне управління.
