Анотація

У дослідженні на основі системного аналізу психологічних складових різних рівнів поліцейської освіти в Україні, її проблем і протиріч на сучасному етапі розвитку обґрунтовано необхідність упровадження у процес професійної підготовки працівників поліції системи психологічного забезпечення як процесу, що наближає результати професійної підготовки до вимог сучасних поліцейських практик та очікувань суспільства.46 У дисертації запропоновано цілісну концепцію психологічного забезпечення професійної підготовки поліцейських, яка містить теоретикометодологічне та емпіричне обґрунтування наукової проблеми, теоретичну модель психологічного забезпечення професійної підготовки поліцейських, що розкриває його основні компоненти (цілі, завдання, функції, етапи, аспекти, технології та алгоритми реалізації); критерії оцінки ефективності та засади оптимізації системи психологічного забезпечення професійної підготовки поліцейських.
The presented study is based on a systematic analysis of the psychological components of different levels of police education in Ukraine. Its problems and contradictions at the present stage of development are determined. The necessity of introducing the system of psychological provision into the process of professional training of police officers is substantiated. The psychological provision for the training of police officers is presented as a process that approximate the results of professional training to the requirements of modern police practices and the expectations of society. A productive conceptual approach to the consideration of the system of psychological provision of professional training of policemen in the context of the theory of purpose-oriented systems is proposed. It is determined that the specificity of the psychological provision of professional training as a system consists in the availability of resources and instrumental possibilities for self-diagnosis and adjustment of own goals (targets). A holistic concept of psychological provision for the training of police officers is given. The concept contains theoretical and methodological and empirical substantiation of the scientific problem, the theoretical model of psychological provision of professional training of police officers, which reveals its main components (goals, tasks, functions, stages, aspects, technologies and implementation algorithms); the criteria for assessing the effectiveness and the basis for optimizing the system of psychological support for the training of police officers. The psychological provision of police training is presented in the work as a system of activity of psychologists, which facilitates the activation of all components of the process of professional training; provides the subjects of the educational process with the opportunity to realize and accept the requirements of professional police practices to their personal and professional characteristics; provides the harmonization of the internal mental development of the personality and the external conditions of social and professional life; brings closer the level of training of policemen to the modern society’s demands. The theoretical model of psychological provision for professional training of the police based on the following positions: - psychological provision is the activity of specialists, aimed at creating auspicious conditions for the development of the personality and activities of the subjects of the educational process at all stages and levels of their personal and professional development; - the organization of the psychological support service should be carried out taking into account the current trends in the development of police education in Ukraine and in the world, as well as the requirements and expectations of the society from the activities of the police; - the psychological provision of the police at each level of professional training has its own specificity, which is a reflection of the specifics of the process of professional training, and is expressed in the following differences: timing of preparation (various time indicators); features of professional activity (specialty, specialization), to which personnel are trained; «incoming» professional and personal characteristics of candidates for studying; - the effectiveness of the activities of specialists in the psychological provision of the educational institution are determined: the orientation to the leading principles of psychology, the choice and creation of special conditions, taking into account the significant factors, the choice of priority forms, methods, directions and means of implementation of psychological provision. By the method of expert assessments, the targets of psychological provision were determined. In the first place in importance, the vast majority of social experts put the presence of anticorruption culture in law enforcer, the ability to work in a constantly changing environment, the development of self-regulation and reflection, constructive coping strategies, responsibility, ability to predict the situation. Taking into account the identified goals, programs of psychological support for the training of police officers were developed and tested. The strategic objectives of the designed programs were: to facilitate the personal and professional development of cadets, to bring closer the results of training of police officers to the requirements of professional police practices and to the demands and expectations of society regarding the level of police services. In essence, the proposed programs of psychological support had to transform the psychological resource of future policemen from the state of the potential to the actual, to harmonize the internal psychological development of the personality of the cadet with the external conditions of social and professional life. The programs of psychological support for different levels of training of police officers were developed and tested. Their effectiveness was investigated. The analysis of empirical obtained data showed that as a result of the implementation of the system of psychological provision, there was a positive dynamics in the following indicators: the anticorruption orientation, anticorruption culture, decision-making ability, selfregulation, reflection, tolerance to uncertainty, the formation of the constructive coping strategies, prognostic ability, the level of responsibility. It has been established that the effectiveness of psychological provision for the training of police officers is influenced by: harmonious integration of the system of psychological provision into the holistic process of professional training; clear definition of goals and directions of activity of psychologists, taking into account age, educational and personal characteristics of candidates for police service.
В исследовании на основе системного анализа психологических составляющих различных уровней полицейского образования в Украине, его проблем и противоречий на современном этапе развития обоснована необходимость внедрения в процесс профессиональной подготовки сотрудников полиции системы психологического обеспечения как процесса, приближающего результаты профессиональной подготовки к требованиям современных полицейских практик и ожиданий общества. В диссертации предложена целостная концепция психологического обеспечения профессиональной подготовки полицейских, которая содержит теоретико-методологическое и эмпирическое обоснование научной проблемы, теоретическую модель психологического обеспечения профессиональной подготовки полицейских, раскрывающую его основные компоненты (цели, задачи, функции, этапы, аспекты, технологии и алгоритмы реализации) критерии оценки эффективности и основы оптимизации системы психологического обеспечения профессиональной подготовки полицейских. Автором разработаны и апробированы программы психологического обеспечения для различных уровней профессиональной подготовки сотрудников полиции, исследована их эффективность.
