This volume is based on the peer-reviewed presentations of the authors at the 19th Cross-border Crime Colloquium, hosted by the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, 17-19 June 2018 This project was supported by: Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Northumbria University Teesside University Utrecht University The Cross-Border Crime Colloquium is an annual event since 1999. It brings together experts on international organized (economic) crime to discuss the latest developments in empirical research, legislation and law enforcement, with a special geographical focus on Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. The Colloquia aim at building bridges in three respects: between Eastern and Western Europe, between scholars and practitioners, and between old and young.
