dc.description.abstractЗроблено спробу удосконалити, уточнити знання про природу і сутність юридичної відповідальності. Обґрунтовано та висвітлено авторську позицію у контексті моністичного та дуалістичного підходів до її розуміння. Доведено, що у межах дуалістичного підходу до розуміння юридичної відповідальності, доцільно розрізняти широкий і вузький підходи до визначення поняття юридичної відповідальності.ru_RU.UTF8
dc.description.abstractIt is established that there are three main approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of «social responsibility» in legal scientific literature. The first approach is represented as «broad» understanding of social responsibility. Proponents of this approach understand under social responsibility a social mechanism of control by the assistance of which society exists in harmony. The second approach involves understanding of social responsibility as the attitude of the subject to the norms of society (social norms). The third approach focuses on the fact that social responsibility is a corporate responsibility, i.e. liability of companies, corporations, organizations for their decisions, actions towards society and its members. The basic criteria for social responsibility division into species are analyzed. The author has clarified the grounds of classification of social responsibility and its certain species. The following classification of social responsibility is offered: – according to the subject: 1) individual responsibility; 2) collective or group responsibility (this type of responsibility should include responsibility of social groups, collectives, state and private organizations); 3) social responsibility; – according to the areas of public life: 1) political responsibility; 2) economic responsibility; 3) spiritual and cultural responsibility; 4) environmental responsibility; 5) educational and scientific responsibility; 6) technological responsibility; 7) responsibility in family and domestic relations; – according to the time measurement: 1) retrospective responsibility; 2) prospective responsibility; – according to the type of social norm that contains society’s requirements to the behavior of individuals, groups and society as a whole: 1) moral responsibility (for the violation of morality); 2) religious responsibility (for the violation of religious norms); 3) legal liability (for the violation of law norms).en
dc.description.abstractСделана попытка усовершенствовать, уточнить знания о природе и сущности юридической ответственности. Обоснована и освещена авторская позиция в контексте монистического и дуалистического подходов к пониманию юридической ответственности. Доказано, что в пределах дуалистического подхода к её пониманию целесообразно различать широкий и узкий подходы к пониманию юридической ответственности.ru
