dc.description.abstractВизначено принципи організації діяльності органів військової прокуратури в Україні. На підставі аналізу наукових точок зору та відповідних нормативно-правових актів розроблено авторське бачення можливості застосування вказаних принципів. Установлено, що на специфіку принципів військової прокуратури впливають такі фактори, як суворо визначена кількість піднаглядних об’єктів та наявність обов’язкових перевірок, в основному спрямованих на виконання військового законодавства.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractThe objective of the article is to clarify the list of principles under which the military prosecutor’s office should realize its activity; to disclose the content of each of the principles and to develop propositions on improving the efficiency of the military prosecutor’s office activity concerning realization of these principles. The expediency of conducting the research of the role and place of the military prosecutor’s office in the system of prosecutor’s agencies is grounded. The author of the article defines that the principles of the military prosecutor’s office activity’s organization are enshrined in Ukrainian legislation the basic rules and standards of conduct, which are the basis of the military prosecutor’s office activity’s organization in Ukraine and the military prosecutor’s agencies and their officials while performing their tasks should follow. Among the principles of the military prosecutor’s office activity’s organization the author offers to consider the following: the planning principle; the control principle and inspection of performance; substantive principle; zonal principle; the principle of prosecutor’s initiative during the inspections; the principle of making the priorities; the principle of prosecutors’ interchangeability; the principle of personal responsibility of the military prosecutor’s office’s employee, etc. The content of each principle is revealed. On the basis of scientific opinions’ analysis and relevant normative and legal acts the author’s point of view according the possibility to implement these principles is elaborated. It is established that such factors as the strict number of supervised objects, mandatory inspections on fulfilling the military legislation influence on the specific of the principles of the military prosecutor’s office. The practical significance of the paper is that the results can be used to improve the efficiency of the military prosecutor’s office activity of Ukraine, bringing it into line with modern European standards. The use of obtained results will make possible to improve the managing activity of the state authorities in the sphere of regulation and guaranteeing the formation grounds of the military prosecutor’s offices in Ukraine.en
