Анотація
У статті досліджено етимологію та зміст поняття: «форм». Сформульовано авторське
визначення поняття «форм діяльності органів внутрішніх справ як суб’єктів забезпечення правопорядку в
регіоні». Виокремлено характерні ознаки, що притаманні саме формам діяльності органів внутрішніх
справ як суб’єктів забезпечення правопорядку в регіоні.
In the article the etymology and meaning of "forms". Author 's definition of "forms of work of the police as subjects of law and order in the region." Thesis there is determined the characteristic features inherent in what form work of the police as subjects of law and order in the region. Background is that one of the main components of the mechanism of internal affairs of Ukraine as subjects of law and order in the region undoubtedly serve its shape. However in scientific and legal circles found ambiguous, controversial positions to determine the modalities of public authorities, including the police. In particular, you should agree with the position A. Muzychuk that when determining the characteristics of the control over the activity of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine emphasizes that although the concept of "form" and is often used as in the provisions of national law and in the writings of scientists, lawyers, there are many points of view regarding its perception, identifying increasingly with methods less of directions, facilities, activities and types of relevant activities. The above demonstrates the complexity and uniqueness not specified legal institution. The article is the study of scientific approaches to the definition of forms. Select characteristic features inherent in what form work of the police as subjects of law and order in the region. The conclusions are that the shape of the internal affairs as subjects of law and order in the region should understand the external expression installed on the legal level set of legal and organizational activities of these bodies which are realized through the implementation of legally binding powers to perform tasks and functions to ensure law and order in the region.
В статье исследованы этимологию и содержание понятия «форм». Сформулировано авторское определение понятия «форм деятельности органов внутренних дел как субъектов обеспечения правопорядка в регионе». Выделены характерные признаки, присущие именно формам деятельности органов внутренних дел как субъектов обеспечения правопорядка в регионе.
