Анотація
Визначено основні напрямки імплементації в національне законодавство України досвіду інших країн у сфері правового регулювання екологізації підприємств харчової промисловості.
Досліджено історію становлення й розвитку законодавства щодо збалансування економічних
та екологічних вимог у виробничій діяльності харчової промисловості. Установлено особливості запровадження вимог до безпеки та якості харчових продуктів в окремих країнах.
The main areas of implementing into national legislation of Ukraine the experience of other countries in the sphere of legal regulation of ecologization of the food industry have been defined. The author has studied the history of formation and development of legislation on balancing economic and environmental requirements within the production of the food industry. The author has determined the following main areas of the development of legislative requirements for ecologization of the food industry: the future implementation of new requirements for the production with the refusal of the postponement of their entry into force; application of economic and legal mechanisms to encourage the ecologization of food production; promotion and state support of the systems of voluntary certification and evaluation of the quality and degree of environmental safety of enterprises of the food industry. Priority ways of ecologization of the food industry in Ukraine are offered to accept the following: the development of legal requirements in the sphere of food industry with the control mechanisms over their obligatory implementation; refusal from the practice of transferring the developed and adopted requirements; creation of the systems of state certification of enterprises in terms of performing voluntary requirements for products popular in international markets; use of the existing economic and legal mechanism of natural resource use to promote productive activities based on resource and energy economy.
Определены основные направления имплементации в национальное законодательство Украины опыта других стран в сфере правового регулирования экологизации предприятий пищевой промышленности. Исследована история становления и развития законодательства относительно сбалансирования экономических и экологических требований в производственной деятельности пищевой промышленности. Установлены особенности внедрения требований к безопасности и качеству пищевых продуктов в отдельных странах.
