Формування конфліктологічної культури особистості в контексті трансформації її самосвідомості

Abstract

В статті розглянуто поняття, функції та змістовна структура самосвідомості особистості. Окреслені взаємозв`язок конфліктності та різних компонентів самосвідомості, проаналізований розвиток та особливості конфліктологічної сфери особистості на різних етапах життя. Визначені конструкти формування самосвідомості.The article deals with the concept, features and content structure of self-identity. Designated interrelation of conflict and the various components of identity, analyzes the development and features of the conflict of a personality at different stages of life. Defined constructs of identity formation in the mainstream of the conflict training in the pedagogical process. The author analyzed scientific publications that explore contemporary issues conflictological preparation of education. Determine the relevance and breadth of features manifestation of conflict in the professional activities of internal affairs. Attention is given to departmental documents forming the non-conflict moral obligations and standards of conduct. The author offers advice on the psychological behavior of identity in the conflict.В статье рассмотрены понятие, функции и содержательная структура самосознания личности. Обозначенные взаимосвязь конфликтности и различных компонентов самосознания, проанализировано развитие и особенности конфликтологической сферы личности на разных этапах жизни.
