Анотація
З’ясовано, що зв’язок криміналістики з іншими науками зумовлений її предметом і завданнями. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до визначення предмета та природи науки «криміналістика». Зазначено, що природа криміналістики породжує необхідність її звернення до досягнень інших галузей знань і їх пристосування для своїх потреб. Охарактеризовано зв’язки криміналістики з іншими галузями знань з урахуванням її подвійної природи (юридичної та природничо-технічної). Відзначено, що зв’язки між криміналістикою й іншими науками є взаємними, оскільки криміналістика водночас використовує досягнення інших галузей знань для полегшення виконання її завдань і стимулює інші науки на нові досягнення, які дозволяють боротися з кримінальними проявами в нашому суспільстві.
The article states that criminalistics plays an important role in ensuring proper activities for the organization of effective pre-trial investigation and judicial proceedings. It is a science that pursues the goal of developing new and improving existing methods, tools and techniques for collecting, researching, evaluating and using evidence in a criminal proceeding. Accordingly, its connections with other sciences, which in their totality allow to solve the tasks set before it, are obvious. It was found out that the connection of ccriminalistics with other sciences is due to its subject and tasks. The scientific approaches to the definition of the subject and nature of science “criminalistics” are analyzed. It is noted that the nature of criminalistics raises the need for its appeal to the achievements of other branches of knowledge and their adaptation for their needs. The links between criminalistics and other branches of knowledge, taking into account its dual nature (legal and natural-technical), are described. It is noted that criminalistics is in fact an applied science that implements the achievements of other branches of knowledge. At the same time, the latter can be both legal and inappropriate sciences. It is noted that the main impact on criminalistics is precisely the science of the criminal-legal cycle–criminal procedural law, criminal law, criminology, the theory of operational and investigative activities. It is indicated that a special place in the system of links of criminalistics with other sciences is taken by the illegal branches of knowledge (physics, chemistry, biology, cybernetics, informatics, forensic medicine, forensic psychiatry, forensic psychology, logic, management theory, scientific organization of labor, etc.). It is noted that the links between criminalistics and other sciences are reciprocal, since criminalistics simultaneously uses the achievements of other branches of knowledge to facilitate the fulfillment of its tasks and stimulates other sciences to new achievements that allow the struggle with the criminal manifestations in our society.
Выяснено, что связь криминалистики с другими науками обусловлена ее предметом и задачами. Проанализированы научные подходы к определению предмета и природы науки «криминалистика». Отмечено, что природа криминалистики порождает необходимость ее обращения к достижениям других отраслей знаний и их приспособления для своих нужд. Охарактеризованы связи криминалистики с другими отраслями знаний с учетом ее двойственной природы (юридической и естественно-технической). Отмечено, что связи между криминалистикой и другими науками являются взаимными, поскольку криминалистика одновременно использует достижения других отраслей знаний для облегчения выполнения ее задач и стимулирует другие науки на новые достижения, которые позволяют бороться с криминальными проявлениями в нашем обществе.
