Abstract

Стверджено, що ефективна система фізичної підготовки під час активних бойових дій має будуватися на засадах науково обґрунтованого підходу до розвитку фізичних якостей особового складу, з урахуванням реалій сучасного збройного протистояння. Її впровадження повинно супроводжуватися постійним аналізом та адаптацією до змін в характері збройної боротьби, особливостей театру воєнних дій і вимог до професійної придатності військовослужбовців.It is argued that an effective system of physical training during active combat operations should be built on the principles of a scientifically sound approach to the development of the physical qualities of personnel, taking into account the realities of modern armed conflict. Its implementation should be accompanied by constant analysis and adaptation to changes in the nature of armed struggle, the characteristics of the theater of military operations and the requirements for the professional suitability of military personnel.
