Анотація
У дисертаційній роботі проведено теоретико-методологічний аналіз
проблеми професіогенезу фахівця в сучасній науці. Визначено зміст дефініцій
«професіогенез», «професійний сценарій», «особистісне професійне сценарне
планування». Наголошено, що професіогенез слідчого – це поступовий,
планомірний, поліструктурний, безперервний процес розвитку та становлення
професіонала в професійному середовищі, головними параметрами якого виступають операціональні, змістовні та динамічні базові психологічні
характеристики, а результатом є високий рівень професіоналізму під час
здійснення досудового розслідування кримінальних правопорушень.
Виокремлено та обґрунтовано: п’ять основних періодів розвитку
теоретичних та практичних поглядів на проблему професійного розвитку
особистості; базові психологічні характеристики професіогенезу слідчого
(операціональні, змістовні та динамічні); п’ять типів сценарних тенденцій
професіогенезу слідчих (стрімкозростаючий, зростаючий, усереднений,
спадаючий, стрімкоспадаючий); перелік можливих переваг та ризиків розвитку
професіогенетичних сценаріїв слідчих.
З’ясовано стан профорієнтації населення, сучасної системи підготовки
фахівців для підрозділів слідства, особливості професіоналізації слідчих та
констатовано наявність загальних та спеціальних недоліків. Встановлено
особливості сценаріїв професіогенезу курсантів(майбутніх) слідчих та слідчих.
Обґрунтовано концептуальні положення програми професійнопсихологічного супроводження професіогенезу слідчих.
Запропоновано: 1) типові моделі професійно-психологічного
супроводження профорієнтації молоді, яка навчається, щодо вибору професії
«слідчій», професіогенезу курсантів (майбутніх слідчих) та слідчих. 2) науковоприкладний інструментарій професійно-психологічного супроводження
професіогенезу слідчих, а саме: а) для здійснення діагностики особливостей
базових психологічних характеристик професіогенезу; б) для профілактики та
корекції негативних результатів професіогенезу слідчих.
The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of professional genesis of an expert in the modern science. It has been emphasized that modern scientific national and foreign approaches to the issue of professional development of individuals are considered within psychological, pedagogical, sociological, philosophical and acmeological concepts. The basis of views on understanding the set of problems for expert’s formation are scientific works of A.I. Halaktionov and V.O. Vavilov (1990-1992), who first introduced the term of “professional genesis” into the scientific circulation. The content of the definitions of «professional genesis», «professional scenario», «personal professional scenario planning» has been defined. It has been emphasized that the professional genesis of investigators is a gradual, systematic, multi-structural, continuous process of development and becoming a professional within professional environment, whose main parameters are the operational, substantive and dynamic basic psychological characteristics, and the result is the high level of professional skills in the course of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses. Professional scenario is a plan of personal, active and subjective, responsible self-realization in a specific professional environment, the deployment of which depends on the mutual influence of objective and subjective factors. Personal professional scenario planning is a kind of cognitive activity in setting goals and objectives for a professional future and determining the best means of achieving them. The basis of this is consideration of specific features of the chosen profession; indicators of basic psychological characteristics of personality’s professional genesis; subjective and objective conditions of professional genesis. The author has distinguished five main periods of the development of theoretical and practical views on the problem of personality’s professional development. The author has defined and substantiated the basic psychological characteristics of the investigator’s professional genesis, namely: operational (reveal the content of the process of forming a psychological system of activity), substantive (determine the essence by distinguishing essential features of the expert’s training and activity) and dynamic (describe the professional movement of the personality in a chronological context, the result of which is achieving high level of professionalism). On the basis of a thorough analysis of foreign and national approaches to consider the peculiarities of personality’s professional formation and the formation of self-deployment scenarios in the personal and professional field, the author has distinguished and grounded the existence of five main types of scenarios for the professional genesis of investigators: rapidly increasing (gradual increase in indicators of all basic psychological characteristics); increasing (increase in indicators of one or two basic psychological characteristics); average (absence of changes in indicators of basic psychological characteristics, presence of average indicators of basic psychological characteristics); decreasing (decrease in indicators of one or two basic psychological characteristics) and rapidly decreasing (gradual decrease in indicators of all basic psychological characteristics). The list of possible advantages and risks of the development of professional-genetic scenarios of investigators has been determined. The author has established specific features of the scenarios of investigators’ professional genesis at the stages of obtaining higher education and professionalization, namely: there are no groups of investigators with a stable scenario of rapidly growing and rapidly declining types; combination of several scenarios of professional genesis (increasing, average, decreasing) are typical for most of the identified groups. The state of vocational guidance of the population, the modern system of training of specialists for investigation units, the peculiarities of professionalization of investigators have been clarified; and the presence of general and special shortcomings have been determined. The author has emphasized the necessity of introduction of a comprehensive system for ensuring the optimum professional genesis of investigators. The conceptual provisions of the program of professional and psychological support of investigators’ professional genesis have been substantiated. Its purpose is to
