Анотація
Змодельовано педагогічні умови розвитку та удосконаленню швидкісно-силових якостей здобувачів вищої освіти, які спеціалізуються в боротьбі самбо (спортивний розділ) із акцентованим використанням гумового амортизатору та рукав канату й відповідного комплексу навчально-методичного забезпечення. Наголошено, що впровадження у систему багаторічної підготовки розроблених педагогічних умов сприятиме підвищенню наступних показників: техніко-тактичної підготовленості, активності та ефективності змагальних дій, покращення показників підсистеми біохімічного контролю.
Systematic classes in Sambo Wrestling by representatives of various groups of the population, in particular those seeking higher education provide: strengthening health and harmonious development of personality; education of moral and ethical qualities of the individual; formation of high psychophysical stability; patriotic education of higher education seekers in the health and cultural traditions of the Ukrainian people; development and improvement of physical qualities and vestibular stability; posture formation; study of special preparatory exercises of the SAMBO system; study of rules of conduct in gyms and sports facilities; study of «Rules of sports etiquette», health exercises and rules of personal hygiene, etc. In addition, regular Sambo Wrestling classes provide higher education students with an increase in sportsmanship (formation of applied competencies), which is assessed by appropriate criteria – sports categories and titles (titles). The above carries out appropriate competition between wrestlers, which requires unification and constant modernization of pedagogical methods, technologies, forms and methods, as well as appropriate pedagogical conditions for organizing a system of long-term sambo training, which is currently an important area of scientific intelligence and important practical task. Considering the results of monitoring the scientific-methodical and special literature, it is established that the issue of modeling pedagogical conditions that ensure the development and improvement of speed and strength qualities of higher education students specializing in sambo is insufficient scientific and methodological work, which requires further research and emphasizes relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific intelligence. The main purpose of the study is to model the Pedagogical Conditions for the development and improvement of speed and power qualities of higher education seekers who specialize in Sambo Wrestling (sports section) with an emphasis on the use of a rubber shock absorber and a rope sleeve. According to the results of the theoretical research, the members of the research group simulated the pedagogical conditions of development and improvement of speed and strength qualities of higher education students who specialize in sambo (sports section) with accentuated use of rubber shock absorber and rope sleeve and appropriate training and methodological support. The members of the research group expect that the introduction of the developed pedagogical conditions into the system of long-term training will help to increase the following indicators of higher education students who specialize in Sambo Wrestling (sports section): technical and tactical training, activity and effectiveness of competitive actions. In addition, it is possible to improve the performance of the biochemical control subsystem.
Смоделированы педагогические условия развития и совершенствования скоростно-силовых качеств соискателей высшего образования, специализирующихся на борьбе самбо (спортивный раздел) с акцентированным использованием резинового амортизатора и рукав каната и соответствующего комплекса учебно-методического обеспечения. Подчеркнуто, что внедрение в систему многолетней подготовки разработанных педагогических условий будет способствовать повышению следующих показателей: технико-тактической подготовленности, активности и эффективности соревновательных действий, улучшению показателей подсистемы биохимического контроля.
