Особливості проявів агресивності чоловіків та жінок у різних вікових групах: дослідження структурних компонентів

Abstract

Визначено структурні особливості проявів агресивності у чоловіків та жінок в різних вікових групах. Проведено аналітичне розмежування термінів «агресія» і «агресивність». Наголошено, що структури агресивності відрізняються у різних статевих та вікових групах, поряд з цим, результати доводять хибність твердження стосовно того, що чоловіки в цілому є більш агресивними, ніж жінки.

The article is devoted to the problem of aggression and aggressiveness, which has remained relevant since the birth of psychology as a separate science – to the modern stage of its rapid development. It is noted that Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine creates favorable conditions for a visual demonstration and high concentration of aggression, and to some extent legitimizes aggressive and brutal behavior. The presence of an extremely high concentration of aggression in society and the lack of a clear and adequate scientific definition of this complex phenomenon make the problem of aggressiveness one of the most relevant under modern social conditions. The purpose of the article is to determine the structural features of the manifestations of aggressiveness of men and women in different age groups. In the theoretical-methodological part of the article, the analytical distinction between the terms "aggression" and "aggressiveness" is made, the scientific achievements of modern representatives of the psychology are analyzed, on this basis the traditional idea of men’s greater aggressiveness compared to women’s one is called into question. In the empirical part of the article, an attempt is made to actually prove the falsity of the mentioned idea. The results of the author's research are presented, in particular, according to the method "Questionnaire of the structure of aggressiveness" (Bass-Perry). A conclusion is made regarding the structure of aggressiveness of representatives of different sexes in different age groups. It is noted that in general, according to most of the studied parameters, in all selected groups, there are increased indicators of certain components of aggressiveness. It is concluded that the results as a whole indicate that the structures of aggressiveness are indeed different in representatives of different gender and age groups, along with this, the results prove false the statement that men are generally more aggressive than women.

Определены структурные особенности проявлений агрессивности у мужчин и женщин в разных возрастных группах. Проведено аналитическое разграничение терминов «агрессия» и «агрессивность». Отмечено, что структуры агрессивности отличаются в разных половых и возрастных группах, наряду с этим, результаты доказывают ошибочность утверждения относительно того, что мужчины в целом более агрессивны, чем женщины.
