Відзначено, що в умовах гібридної війни та інформаційно-психологічного тиску роль поліцейських значно ускладнюється, оскільки вони стають не лише захисниками правопорядку, а й мішенню для інформаційних атак. Психологічна підготовка поліцейських є невід’ємною складовою їхньої професійної діяльності, що дозволяє зберігати психоемоційний баланс та ефективно виконувати службові обов’язки, незважаючи на зовнішній тиск та маніпулятивні загрози. Психологічна підготовка правоохоронців повинна базуватися на розвитку стійкості до маніпуляцій, емоційної стабільності та адаптації до нових загроз.It is noted that in the conditions of hybrid warfare and information and psychological pressure, the role of police officers is significantly complicated, as they become not only defenders of law and order, but also targets for information attacks. Psychological training of police officers is an integral part of their professional activities, which allows them to maintain psycho-emotional balance and effectively perform their duties, despite external pressure and manipulative threats. Psychological training of law enforcement officers should be based on the development of resistance to manipulation, emotional stability and adaptation to new threats.
