Нормалізація життя як функція закладів освіти в умовах війни (на прикладі українських шкіл)

Abstract

Розглянуто концептуалізація такої неспецифічної функції закладів освіти (а разом із тим й інституту освіти у цілому), як нормалізація життя, що проявила і проявляє себе в умовах війни. Підкреслено, що війна є тією катастрофічною подією, яка має глобальні масштаби і наслідки та переводить усіх без винятку громадян суспільства, яке від неї потерпає, у стан уразливості. Їхнє життя потребує нормалізації для того, щоб витримувати навантаження тяжких воєнних умов, умовностей, обмежень тощо. Така функція освіти, як нормалізація життя в умовах війни, передбачає певне підтягування наявних умов життя учасників освітнього процесу до довоєнного рівня, зокрема в аспектах налагодження ритму життя, розпорядку дня, забезпечення соціальної виключності, комунікації, потреби у спілкуванні з іншими людьми, що відрізняються за віком, статтю та іншими особистісними і соціальними характеристиками.

The article is devoted to the problem of the functioning of education in the conditions of war. It is noted that educational institutions, like the institute of education in general, during the war began to perform a number of functions that were not specific to them in peacetime. One of these functions is the life normalization of participants in the educational process. Therefore, the purpose of this article is the conceptualization of such a non-specific function of educational institutions (and, at the same time, the educational institution as a whole) as life normalization, which manifested itself in the war conditions. It is emphasized that the war is a catastrophic event that has a global scale and consequences, and puts citizens of the society that suffers from it, into a state of vulnerability. Their lives need to be normalized in order to endure and withstand the burden of harsh wartime conditions, conventions, restrictions, etc. Such a function of education as life normalization in the conditions of war involves a certain pulling up of the existing living conditions of the participants of the educational process to the pre-war level, in particular in the aspects of establishing the rhythm of life, daily routine, ensuring social exclusivity, communication, the need to communicate with other people, which differ in age, gender and other personal and social characteristics. The results of the research (conducted using the methods of focused group interviews (with parents of Ukrainian schoolchildren) and in-depth interviews (with teachers of schools in the Kharkiv and Kharkiv region)) conducted by the author with the assistance of the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research are presented. On the basis of these results, it is proved that education during the war acquires the function of normalizing life. It is concluded that the contribution of the institute of education to the maintenance of social order and the prevention of the state of social anomie in Ukrainian society in the conditions of war is decisive, including due to its functioning in the direction of normalizing the lives of participants in the educational process.

Рассмотрена концептуализация такой неспецифической функции учебных заведений (а вместе с тем и института образования в целом), как нормализация жизни, проявившей и проявляющей себя в условиях войны. Подчеркнуто, что война является катастрофическим событием, которое имеет глобальные масштабы и последствия и переводит всех без исключения граждан общества, которое от нее страдает, в состояние уязвимости. Их жизнь нуждается в нормализации для того, чтобы выдерживать нагрузку на тяжелые военные условия, условности, ограничения и т.д. Такая функция образования, как нормализация жизни в условиях войны, предполагает определенное подтягивание существующих условий жизни участников образовательного процесса до довоенного уровня, в частности в аспектах налаживания ритма жизни, распорядка дня, обеспечения социальной исключительности, коммуникации, потребности в общении с другими людьми, отличающимися возрастом, полом и другими личностными и социальными характеристиками.
