Abstract

У підручнику розглядаються основні питання теорії конституційного права, розкриваються його предмет, система та джерела. На основі аналізу національних правових систем, змісту конституцій, з урахуванням досягнень юридичної науки висвітлюються основні положення конституційного права різних країн, включаючи Україну. Аналізуються інститути конституційного права України, встановлюються притаманні їм особливості, специфіка регулювання суспільних відносин нормами конституційного права, правовий статус суб’єктів конституційно-правових відносин, їхня правозастосовна діяльність, особливості конституційно-правової відповідальності.The textbook examines the main issues of the theory of constitutional law, reveals its subject, system and sources. Based on the analysis of national legal systems, the content of constitutions, taking into account the achievements of legal science, the main provisions of constitutional law of various countries, including Ukraine, are highlighted. The institutions of constitutional law of Ukraine are analyzed, their inherent features are established, the specifics of the regulation of social relations by the norms of constitutional law, the legal status of subjects of constitutional-legal relations, their law enforcement activities, and the features of constitutional-legal responsibility.
