Безбар’єрне середовище як запорука дотримання права на життя осіб з обмеженими можливостями в умовах війни

Abstract

Робота присвячена аналізу проблем, пов'язаних безпосередньо із небезпекою, пов'язаною із веденням агресивної та терористичної війни рф проти України. Увага акцентована на забезпеченні права на життя осіб з обмеженими можливостями шляхом напрацювання та реалізації алгоритму дій у випадках ракетних обстрілів та доступності укриттів саме для цієї категорії осіб, куди входять і особи похилого віку, і особи, які мають тимчасові обмеження мобільності та сенсорні вади. Забезпечення доступності укриттів та створення механізму оповіщення нечуючих осіб може стати завданням місцевої влади.The work is devoted to the analysis of problems directly related to the danger associated with the conduct of the aggressive and terrorist war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Attention is focused on ensuring the right to life of persons with disabilities by developing and implementing an algorithm of actions in cases of missile attacks and the availability of shelters specifically for this category of persons, which includes both the elderly and persons with temporary mobility limitations and sensory impairments. Ensuring the availability of shelters and creating a mechanism for notifying deaf persons may become the task of local authorities.
