Особливості адиктивної поведінки військовослужбовців, що скоїли правопорушення

Abstract

Розглянуто питання визначення особистісних особливостей та специфіки схильності до адиктивної поведінки військовослужбовців, що скоїли правопорушення. Встановлено, що психологічними детермінантами розвитку у них різних форм хімічної залежності виступають прагнення домінувати, висока тривожність, сміливість та низька емоційна чутливість. Виявлено, що військовослужбовці-правопорушники з високими показниками ризику розвитку алкогольної залежності характеризуються емоційною нестійкістю, прагненням до домінування, консерватизмом, боязкістю та низькою інтелектуальністю. Зазначено, що схильні до нікотинової залежності військовослужбовці характеризуються емоційною стійкістю, сміливістю, прагненням до домінування, радикалізмом та високою інтелектуальністю. У військовослужбовців-правопорушників із поєднаним ризиком алкогольної та нікотинової залежності виявлено високі показники емоційної стійкості, домінантності та сміливості за низьких показників інтелектуальності.

Strong military discipline and order in the troops are ensured by the strictest conscious observance and execution by all military personnel of laws, military statutes, orders and orders of commanders (chiefs). At the same time, the analysis of the state of crimes, offenses and military discipline in the troops shows that there is a high level of legal nihilism and infantilism among Ukrainian military personnel, including officers who often have a professional legal education. Among the factors that contribute to the commission of offenses, the propensity of military personnel to various types of addictive behaviour plays a significant role. The research involved military personnel who have been penalized for offenses committed. The development of various chemical forms of addictive behaviour was noted in almost half of the studied servicemen, while the risk of developing non-chemical forms of addictive behaviour did not exceed the general population level. According to the results of the factor analysis of the psychological features characterizing military servicemendelinquents with various types of chemical forms of addictive behaviour, it was established that the psychological determinants of the development of various forms of chemical addiction in them are the desire to dominate, high anxiety, courage, and low emotional sensitivity. It was found that the delinquent servicemen with high indicators of the risk of developing alcohol addiction are characterized by emotional instability, a desire to dominate, conservatism, timidity and low intelligence. It has been established that servicemen prone to nicotine addiction are characterized by emotional stability, courage, a desire to dominate, radicalism and high intelligence. Delinquent servicemen with a combined risk of alcohol and nicotine addiction showed high levels of emotional stability, dominance, and courage with low levels of intelligence.
