Кримінально-психологічні детермінанти уявлень про ревнощі у текстах художніх творів ХIX ст.

Abstract

Проаналізовано зафіксовані у художніх образах прояви почуття ревнощів. Детально досліджено зовнішні та внутрішні детермінанти злочинної поведінки та стадії криміногенної ситуації на прикладі текстів класичної вітчизняної та зарубіжної художньої літератури.

The article analyzes the images of jealousy fi xed in artistic images. The external and internal determinants of criminal behavior and the stage of a criminal situation on the example of texts of classical national and foreign literature are investigated in detail. The literary material analyzes such a specifi c cause of the crime as the crime-causing motivation of the off ender, the essence of which is the motive elements to commit the crime. The purpose of the article is to study the internal state and the interaction of characters of literary works in the context of the discourse «jealousy – crime». The article proves that the components of aggressive criminogenic motivation of literary heroes / heroines are needs and interests, value orientations and guides, emotions and emotional extremes, dependence on life circumstances and thoughts of others, motives and goals that directly prompt the hero / heroine to commit a crime.

Проанализированы зафиксированные в художественных образах проявления чувства ревности. Детально исследованы внешние и внутренние детерминанты преступного поведения и стадии криминогенной ситуации на примере текстов классической украинской и зарубежной художественной литературы.
