Підготовка майбутніх поліцейських до ділового спілкування на заняттях з української мови професійного спрямування

Abstract

Наголошено, що від культури ділового спілкування, володіння комунікативними вміннями і навичками значною мірою залежить успішність професійної діяльності майбутнього поліцейського, який має вміти добре орієнтуватись у різноманітних комунікативних ситуаціях, обирати адекватні засоби, форми, прийоми спілкування, висловлювати власні погляди, налагоджувати продуктивні взаємини з колегами, партнерами, потерпілими, свідками, підозрюваними. Проаналізовано застосування рольових і ділових ігор як шляхів формування ділового мовлення студентів. Завдання рольової гри – забезпечення всебічного й глибокого аналізу тієї чи іншої проблеми, а завдання ділової гри – моделювання фахової діяльності.Law enforcement, like any branch of society, needs highly qualified personnel, the level of performance of their functions directly depends on the level of their professional training, which actualizes the search for new ways to improve the quality of training of specialists in all branches of law enforcement activity. Since communication occupies an important place in the professional activity of police officers, it is clear that the ability to carry it out is the key to the effective performance of official duties. The ability to communicate, to achieve mutual understanding in the process of performing professional functions is the most important basis for the high efficiency of the work of a police officer, especially in situations of business communication, which involves mastering the culture of speech, the ability to clearly express one's own opinion, endurance and emotional stability, the ability to behave correctly in conflict situations, logical construction and argumentation of one's own point of view, mastery of the latest means of communication. The success of the professional activity of the future policeman depends to a large extent on the culture of business communication, the possession of communication skills and skills, who must be able to navigate well in various communication situations, choose adequate means, forms, methods of communication, express their own views, establish productive relationships with colleagues, partners, victims, witnesses, suspects. The purpose of the article is to analyze the use of role-playing and business games as ways of forming students' business speech. The task of the role-playing game is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of one or another problem, and the task of the business game is to simulate professional activity. The use of game-based learning methods develops the individual abilities of students, makes it possible to get rid of templates and standards when solving problems, stimulates the intellectual activity of game participants, teaches to predict, research and check the correctness of decisions made and put forward hypotheses, forms business communication skills, as well as the ability to work in the team.Отмечено, что от культуры делового общения, владения коммуникативными умениями и навыками в значительной степени зависит успешность профессиональной деятельности будущего полицейского, который должен уметь хорошо ориентироваться в различных коммуникативных ситуациях, выбирать адекватные средства, формы, приемы общения, выражать собственные взгляды, налаживать с продуктивными. , партнерами, потерпевшими, свидетелями, подозреваемыми. Проанализировано применение ролевых и деловых игр как путей формирования деловой речи студентов. Задача ролевой игры – обеспечение всестороннего и глубокого анализа той или иной проблемы, а задача деловой игры – моделирование профессиональной деятельности.
