Професійна компетентність як особистісна якість працівника оперативних підрозділів ОВС

Abstract

Досліджено професійну компетентність працівників оперативних підрозділів органів внутрішніх справ. Професіографічне дослідження професійної діяльності оперативного працівника, що було проведене, та системний аналіз психограми дозволив визначити структуру професійної компетентності, комплекс особистісних якостей.The article is dedicated to the study of professional competence of operating officers of internal affairs which is regarded as an integral personal quality. It is assumed that an adequate professional competence within the framework of professional activity and communication depends on the system interconnection and interconditionality of such components of the theoretical pattern of professional competence of the personality of the officer as the wholesets of definite knowledge (in the field of professional activity and communication), the cognitive evaluation of situations of business communication, communicative abilities, tactics, skills and professionally important individual psychological qualities of the personality of the officer. The realized research of professional activity of operational worker and system analysis of his psychogram allow to define structure of professional competence, complex of personal features.Исследована профессиональная компетентность работников оперативных подразделений органов внутренних дел. Проведенное профессиографическое исследование профессиональной деятельности оперативного работника и системный анализ психограммы позволил определить структуру профессиональной компетентности, комплекс личностных качеств.
