Abstract

Визначено, що аутодеструктивна поведінка є складним феноменом, який формується під впливом психологічних травм, низької самооцінки, емоційної нестабільності та негативного самосприйняття. Вона проявляється у фізичних і психологічних формах саморуйнування, часто неусвідомлених особистістю. Такі прояви можуть бути реакцією на внутрішні конфлікти, емоційну нестійкість і відсутність здатності адекватно регулювати емоції, що вказує на необхідність психологічної підтримки для корекції таких поведінкових патернів.It has been determined that self-destructive behavior is a complex phenomenon that is formed under the influence of psychological trauma, low self-esteem, emotional instability and negative self-perception. It manifests itself in physical and psychological forms of self-destruction, often unconsciously by the individual. Such manifestations can be a reaction to internal conflicts, emotional instability and the lack of ability to adequately regulate emotions, which indicates the need for psychological support to correct such behavioral patterns.
