Особливості саморегуляції психічних станів депресії-агресії у працівників органів внутрішніх справ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу результатів емпіричного дослідження негативних психічних станів континууму депресії-агресії у працівників органів внутрішніх справ. Проведений аналіз взаємозв’язків особливостей переживання окремих негативних станів (депресії, самотності, агресії, фрустрації, ригідності, тривожності) із механізмами психологічного захисту, копінг-стратегіями показав, що астенічні стани депресії виявились більшою мірою взаємообумовлені з непродуктивними механізмами психологічного захисту (регресія, гіперкомпенсація) та копінг-стратегією уникнення.The article is sanctified to the analysis of results of empiric research of negative mental conditions of continuum of depression-aggression of the employees of organs of internal affairs. Conducted analysis of intercommunications of features of experiencing of the separate negative states (depression, loneliness, aggression, anxiety, etc.) with the mechanisms of psychological defense, coping-strategies showed, that the asthenic states of depression is associated with the unproductive mechanisms of psychological defense (regression, overcompensation) and avoidance. Sthenic states of aggression is constrained mainly with the use of more productive coping-strategies and mechanisms of defense (indemnification, substitution). The presence of meaningful cross-correlation connections of personality line of anxiety is established with the indexes of the negative states: depression, cynicism, hostility and aggression. It is shown that an anxiety can be considered the that line of personality, that stipulates lability of mental conditions, supports a "ready condition" to their change.Статья посвящена анализу результатов эмпирического исследования негативных психических состояний континуума депрессии-агрессии у сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Проведенный анализ взаимосвязей особенностей переживания отдельных негативных состояний (депрессии, одиночества, агрессии, фрустрации, ригидности, тревожности) с механизмами защит, копинг-стратегий показал, что астенические состояния депрессии оказались большей мерой взаимосвязаны с непродуктивными механизмами психологических защит (регрессия, гиперкомпенсация) и копинг-стратегией избегания.
