Теоретичні засади визначення поняття гендерної рівності в діяльності органів внутрішніх справ України на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу сутності та теоретичних засад поняття «гендерної рівності в діяльності органів внутрішніх справ України». Досліджено особливості гендерної рівності в діяльності ОВС України на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства.

The article is dedicated to the essence and theoretical basics of the concept ”gender equality in the activities of the bodies of internal Affairs in Ukraine” at the present stage of development. The relevance of the gender equality problem is considered by many government institutions, which act in democratic and public lives of Ukraine. One of the important government institutions, that stands on guard of providing the government law and order and keeping the status of legality, is the bodies of internal Affairs in Ukraine. In many ways considering the gender equality in the activities of the bodies of internal Affairs in Ukraine is connected to studying the international standards and adaptation the experience of the countries of European Union, where the gender equality is recognized as a one of the actual aspects, coming from the idea of approval of democratic social and legal state, which Ukraine defines itself according to the norms of its main law.. As a result of the research, done on the basics of theoretical reflection of several research works and analyses of current legislation, for the first time the concept ”gender equality in the activities of the bodies of internal Affairs in Ukraine” has been defined. The author suggests that gender equality in the activities of the bodies of internal Affairs in Ukraine to be understood as the equal rights and possibilities for the workers without dependence on sex.

Статья посвящена анализу сущности и теоретических основ понятия «гендерного равенства в деятельности органов внутренних дел Украины». Исследованы особенности гендерного равенства в деятельности ОВД Украины на современном этапе развития общества.
