Відчуження моральної відповідальності військовослужбовців з девіантною поведінкою

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему відчуження моральної відповідальності військовослужбовців з девіантною поведінкою до участі в Операції об’єднаних сил та після. Жодна країна в світі не може обходитись без потужної та боєздатної армії, і для ефективного функціонування цієї структури важливим завданням держави є забезпечення дисципліни серед військовослужбовців. Специфічні особливості, які зумовлюють звернення до морального самовиправдання у ситуації порушення моральних норм можуть бути пов’язані з особливостями поведінки військовослужбовців. Тому у якості досліджуваних виступили військовослужбовці з умовно – нормативною та девіантною поведінкою.

This article addresses the problem of moral disengagement of military servicemen with deviant behaviour before taking part in Joint Forces Operation and after. Any country in the world can’t do without a powerful and combat-ready army, and an important mission of the government is ensuring discipline among military personnel for the effective functioning of this structure. Specific features that lead to recourse to moral self-justification in a situation of violation of moral norms may be related to the specifics of the behaviour of military personnel. That is why servicemen with conditionally normative and deviant behaviour were research subjects. Moral disengagement can be considered a factor explaining deviant and aggressive behaviour in different contexts. Research on moral disengagement was conducted in two stages: before the military servicemen took a part in Joint Forces Operation and after. "Moral disengagement " technique was used as a psychodiagnostics tool. Eight mechanisms of moral disengagement relate to four groups (locuses): this is directly the behaviour, the personal locus of the actor, the locus of reformulation of the consequences of behaviour, and the locus of distortion of the image of a victim of cruel behaviour. Moral disengagement can be the reason for an antisocial attitude to the surrounding world. It can be shown by the negative and sometimes hostile attitude to reality, which can cause aggressive, dangerous, and deviant behaviour of the person. It was discovered that after taking part in Joint Forces Operation, military servicemen with conditional and normative behaviour had more pronounced moral disengagement. Namely, they began to justify their behaviour from the moral and social side to justify the morality of their actions. Whereas before taking part in Joint Forces Operation, more pronounced moral disengagement was noticed in the group of military servicemen with deviant behaviour.

В статье рассмотрена проблема отчуждения моральной ответственности военнослужащих с девиантным поведением до участия в Операции объединенных сил и после. Ни одна страна в мире не может обходиться без мощной и боеспособной армии и для эффективного функционирования этой структуры важной задачей государства является обеспечение дисциплины среди военнослужащих. Специфические особенности, обусловливающие обращение к моральному самооправданию в ситуации нарушения моральных норм могут быть связаны с особенностями поведения военнослужащих. Поэтому в качестве испытуемых выступили военнослужащие с условно нормативным и девиантным поведением.
